We are now expanding our remote SAP Centre of Excellence and inviting experienced SAP SF Employee Central consultants to join our transformation journey.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and support operations for our Dubai-based enterprise client. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, client workshops, EC configuration, integration coordination, and global rollout enablement.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementation & Configuration :
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Configure Foundation Objects, Business Rules, MDF Objects, Position Management, Event Derivation & Workflows.
- Work on Data Models (Corporate, CSF, Succession Data) and maintain RBP Security Framework.
- Implement UAE & GCC-specific HR policy configurations (WPS, GOSI, Visa/Passport Tracking, Local Statutory Fields).
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure process alignment and compliance with Dubai HR regulations.
Client Interaction & Workshops :
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops directly with Dubai HR Heads / HR Transformation Leads.
- Host functional design discussions, blueprint sessions, and UAT reviews aligned to Dubai business hours.
- Provide consultative guidance on best practices, compliance, and release updates.
Integration & Data Management :
- Coordinate with SAP CPI / API / Integration teams for data flow between EC and Payroll/SAP ERP.
- Work on Data Migration templates, Validation & Cutover Management.
- Ensure seamless replication of EC data to payroll and third-party HR platforms.
Support & Continuous Improvement :
- Handle L2/L3 support tickets, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
- Conduct H1/H2 SuccessFactors release impact analysis.
- Propose process automation and optimization using EC best practices.
Required Skills & Experience :
Skill Area Requirement :
- SAP SF Employee Central Expert-Level, Minimum 5+ Yrs Hands-On
- Certification SAP SF EC Certification Preferred
- Business Rules & Workflows Advanced Configuration Expertise
- Position Management Mandatory
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Mandatory
- Integration with Payroll / ERP Strong Functional Understanding
- Experience with UAE/GCC HR Policies Added Advantage
- Remote Client Interaction Must be Comfortable Leading Dubai-Based Calls
- Communication Clear, Professional English Communication Required
