Job Title: Senior SAP STP Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP STP (Source-to-Pay) Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP STP modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP procurement processes, supplier management, and integration with finance and logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP STP (Source-to-Pay) implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable STP solutions.

- Configure SAP STP modules including Procurement, Sourcing, Invoicing, and Supplier Management.

- Ensure seamless integration of STP with SAP FI, MM, and other relevant modules.

- Provide guidance on best practices in procurement process optimization and compliance.

- Conduct system testing, UAT, training, and documentation for business users.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.

- Mentor junior consultants and support cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on STP / Procurement modules.

- Hands-on expertise in SAP MM, Ariba, SRM, or related procurement solutions.

- Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay business processes (Requisition, PO, Invoicing, Vendor Payments).

- Experience with SAP integration to Finance and Logistics modules.

- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, workflows, and custom enhancements.

- Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- SAP certification in Procurement / STP is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience :

- Exposure to S/4 HANA implementations and migrations.

- Experience in global rollouts, multi-country STP projects.

- Knowledge of compliance, tax, and audit requirements in procurement processes.
