Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IS-Retail Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Sales and Distribution (SD) module, coupled with ABAP programming and debugging skills.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of end-to-end SD processes, integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO), and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues through debugging and custom development.

Excellent communication skills in English are essential for interacting with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Mandatory :

10+ Years experience relevant is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional (SD) Expertise :

- Lead and support SAP SD implementations, enhancements, and support projects

- Configure and customize SD modules (Pricing, Order Management, Billing, Shipping, Outputs, etc.).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions

- Work on integration with MM, FI, CO, and other modules.

- Conduct user training, documentation, and testing (UT, SIT, UAT)

Technical (ABAP & Debugging) Skills :

- Strong ABAP debugging skills to analyze and resolve complex issues.

- Ability to write and review custom ABAP programs, user exits, BAdIs, enhancements, and interfaces are preferable.

- Debug IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and workflow-related issues

- Work closely with developers to guide technical solutions aligned with business needs

Communication & Collaboration :

- Act as a bridge between functional teams, developers, and business users

- Prepare and present functional specifications, technical designs, and test cases

- Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting

- Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams in a global delivery model

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong SD functional background

- Hands-on ABAP debugging & if he can code that will be an advantage

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (SD) is a plus

- Experience in EDI, IDocs, APIs, and integration tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent English communication (written & verbal) for client interactions.

- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory) :

- SAP Certified Application Associate Sales and Distribution (SD)

- SAP ABAP Certification
