Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior SAP SD Consultant with deep expertise in the Project Systems (PS) module.

With 8+ years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of complex Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes that are tightly integrated with project-based sales and resource management.

This role is crucial for delivering solutions that manage revenue recognition, billing plans, and resource planning for projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Integrated Solution Design : Lead the design and configuration of end-to-end business processes, specializing in scenarios where sales and customer contracts are managed through SAP Project Systems (PS).

- SAP SD Expertise : Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SD, covering all aspects of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, including Sales Order Management, Complex Pricing Procedures, Revenue Recognition (RR), Delivery, and Billing.

- Project Systems Integration : Configure and manage the critical integration points between SD and PS for project-based sales, specifically focusing on :

- Sales Document linkages to WBS elements and Networks.

- Resource related billing (RRB) and milestone billing processes.

- Integration with materials management for project procurement.

- S/4HANA Competency : Apply experience in S/4HANA environments to leverage best practices and simplified processes in SD and PS, specifically regarding Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and advanced billing.

- Blueprint & Configuration : Lead requirement gathering workshops, translate complex business needs into detailed blueprint documents, and perform hands-on configuration, including custom enhancements and user exits related to SD-PS flow.

- Testing & Deployment : Lead system testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and support go-live and hypercare activities for global implementation projects.

- Documentation & Training : Create comprehensive functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials for end-users and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.

- Core SD Expertise : Deep, configuration-level proficiency in SAP SD (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery Processing).

- Mandatory PS Integration : Strong functional and integration experience with SAP Project Systems (PS), including WBS elements, Network Activities, Cost Planning, and key configurations for project-related sales.

- Complex Billing : Proven experience with Resource Related Billing (RRB), milestone billing, and complex billing plans within the SD-PS environment.

- Business Acumen : Solid understanding of financial integration points, particularly with Revenue Recognition and Controlling (CO) for project costing and settlement.

- S/4HANA Knowledge : Experience or strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA capabilities related to SD and PS.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for a remote consulting environment and client-facing roles.

- Availability : Must be able to join immediately or within a short notice period (1530 days maximum).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform or integration technologies relevant to OTC.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- SAP Certification in SD or PS
