Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong Variant Configuration (VC) expertise to lead solution design, implementation, and support activities. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, pricing, billing, and deep understanding of SAP Variant Configuration modeling, dependencies, and product configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP SD Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process configuration and support.

- Configure core SD modules :

- Sales Order Processing

- Delivery & Shipment

- Billing & Invoicing

- Pricing Procedures & Rebates

- Credit Management

- Customer Master & Material Master

- Work on S/4HANA SD simplification items, Fiori apps & business partner concepts.

- Integrate SD with MM, PP, FI, WM/EWM.

- Design functional specs for enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and custom developments.

- Manage SIT/UAT, end-user training, and go-live support.

Variant Configuration (VC) Responsibilities :

- Design and configure Configurable Materials (KMAT) in SAP.

- Create & manage :

- Characteristics (CT04)

- Classes (CL02)

- Configuration Profiles (CU41)

- Object Dependencies (Procedures, Constraints, Selection Conditions, Preconditions)

- Build and optimize pricing variant conditions.

- Work with super BOM & super routing for complex product configurations.

- Enable VC integration with SD, PP, and MM.

- Troubleshoot configuration issues and maintain VC data integrity.

- Lead workshops with business teams to understand product rules & configuration needs.

Required Skills :

- 8-15 years of SAP SD experience; minimum 3+ years in Variant Configuration.

- Strong knowledge of Pricing, Output Management, and ATP.

- Experience with Make-to-Order (MTO) and engineer-to-order processes.

- Understanding of S/4HANA SD and VC innovations.

- Ability to write clear functional documentation and work with technical teams.

- Experience in interface integration (IDocs, EDI, third-party systems).

Preferred Skills :

- SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales.

- Knowledge of Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) in S/4HANA.

- Experience in manufacturing industries using configurable products (automotive, engineering, electronics, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to lead workshops & interact with business stakeholders.

- Strong documentation & process mapping capability.

- Ability to work independently and mentor junior consultants.
