Senior SAP SD Consultant - Implementation & Support

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with deep expertise in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module to drive implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP SD module implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.

- Configure and optimize SD sub-modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Output Determination.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver system enhancements aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage master data activities related to Customer, Material, and Pricing Conditions to ensure accuracy and consistency across business processes.

- Collaborate with MM, FICO, and other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

- Provide support for custom developments, including functional specifications and collaboration with ABAP developers (ability to perform ABAP debugging is a plus).

- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices in SAP SD configuration and business workflows.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support to ensure solution quality.

- Deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support to business teams.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Proven expertise in SAP SD sub-modules: Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Output Determination.

- Strong functional knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and its integration points.

- Proficiency in managing Customer Master Data, Material Master Data, and Pricing Conditions.

- Experience in cross-functional integration with SAP MM and SAP FICO.

- Knowledge of SAP SD configuration, end-user support, and enhancement projects.

- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging to troubleshoot issues (advantageous).

- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.

- Excellent stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to S/4HANA SD environment highly desirable.

- Experience in working in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.

- Strong documentation and client communication skills
