Location : 100% Remote (Offshore India/APAC)

- Experience in the manufacturing/consumer goods industry

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD

- Experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP SD implementation

- Strong understanding of integration points with SAP MM, FI, and other modules

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant to support a high-impact spin-off initiative, focusing on separating and re-establishing core business processes in a newly formed entity.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), strong project leadership, and the ability to manage complex business scenarios involving interfaces, data migration, and system reconfiguration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy SAP SD solutions

- Analyze business processes and provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices

- Configure SAP SD components including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.

- Collaborate with SAP functional/technical teams (MM, FI, ABAP) for seamless integration

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot SAP SD issues

- Develop and maintain documentation : functional specs, process flows, training materials

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders

- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD

- At least 1 full-cycle SAP SD implementation

- Strong knowledge of integration with SAP MM, FI, and other modules

- Proficiency in SAP configuration/customization

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP SD Certification

- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA

- Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid methodologies

- Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations
