Role Overview :

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Consultant SAP Enterprise Portal & SD with over a decade of proven success delivering integrated SAP solutions that connect digital customer experiences with enterprise sales and distribution processes.

This strategic role blends strong SAP SD functional expertise with Enterprise Portal and integration knowledge, enabling frictionless collaboration between business, partners, and customers across the digital value chain.

The ideal professional is a solution leader with deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, customer-facing portals, and enterprise-grade integration models within SAP S/4HANA or SAP NetWeaver landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Enterprise Portal solutions integrated with SAP SD and backend ERP systems.

- Architect and implement seamless customer, vendor, and partner interactions through SAP Enterprise Portal frameworks.

- Design and optimize Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and delivery management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, user experience, and process alignment between portal and SAP backend systems.

- Conduct requirement workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define digital collaboration and O2C process objectives.

- Lead system integration between SAP SD, MM, FICO, and CRM components for unified enterprise process flow.

- Manage testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness across enterprise portal and SD functional streams.

- Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and analytics to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.

- Drive incident management, enhancements, and performance optimization for live portal environments.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD and SAP Enterprise Portal with proven track record in large-scale implementations.

- Strong hands-on configuration experience in core SD areas including order-to-cash, pricing, billing, credit management, and shipping.

- Expertise in SAP Enterprise Portal design, content management, and integration with SAP backend (ECC/S4HANA).

- Understanding of web technologies, user roles, authorizations, and portal content administration.

- Experience with Fiori Launchpad, UI5, and modern user interface integration is preferred.

- Proficiency in cross-module integration with MM, FICO, and CRM modules.

- Deep understanding of business process mapping, solution design, and system testing in hybrid SAP environments.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex business and technical issues.

- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills across business and IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certified Application Professional SD or SAP Certified Portal Consultant.

- Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects involving Enterprise Portal or Fiori integration.

- Familiarity with SAP BTP, Gateway, and OData service integration.

- Exposure to digital commerce platforms or B2B/B2C SAP Portal environments.

- Background in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or High-Tech industries.
