Job Description


Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Service Management / SAP CRM Consultant to lead design, development, deployment, and L3 support activities for complex SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Service Management (Field Service & Customer Service) combined with hands-on exposure to S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Cloud solutions, and integrations. This role requires active participation in agile delivery, testing, training, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Solution Design, Development & Deployment :


- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions.


- Translate business requirements into scalable system designs and configurations.


- Participate in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation, including blueprint, build, test, and go-live phases.


- Provide 3rd-level (L3) application support post-deployment, including incident analysis and resolution.


- Ensure solution alignment with SAP S/4HANA architecture, Fiori UX standards, and analytics frameworks.


2. Service Management & Functional Expertise :


- Act as subject-matter expert for Service Management, including: Field Service Management Customer Service processes Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, and Service Analytics


- Configure and enhance SAP Service-related processes within S/4HANA and integrated systems.


- Support optimization initiatives to improve service operations and customer experience.


3. Integration & Cloud Enablement :


- Design and support integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using: SAP CPI SAP PI/PO API Management PROAXIA Connector


- Work with SAP Cloud solutions including: SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) SAP Field Service Management (FSM)


- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations.


4. Testing, Bug Fixing & Training :


- Participate in Daily Scrum ceremonies and agile sprint planning.


- Perform and support: Unit Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT)


- Analyze and fix defects as per sprint and project timelines.


- Conduct Key User and End-User Training aligned with the project rollout plan.


- Support hypercare activities post go-live.


5. Reporting & Documentation :


- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including: Functional and technical design documents


- Configuration guides Test cases and defect logs


- Provide regular deliverables and status reporting to project stakeholders.


- Ensure documentation aligns with project governance and audit standards.


Required Skills & Experience :


- Mandatory 6+ years as SAP CRM / Service Management Technical Consultant


- At least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation


- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and analytics


- Expertise in Service Management (Field Service & Customer Service)


- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori UI and embedded analytics


- Strong experience in integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, API Mgmt, PROAXIA)


- Experience with SAP Cloud platforms (BTP, C4C, FSM)


- Solid understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery practices


Preferred Qualifications :


- SAP Certification(s) in S/4HANA, CRM, or Service Management modules


- Experience working in client-facing consulting roles


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities


- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
