A SAP S/4HANA Functional Senior Consultant is responsible for leading and delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, providing expert consulting on finance and operations processes, and ensuring successful integration and support for clients.

Working Hybrid (Hyderabad).

Contract position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or support SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, including all phases from business requirements gathering through go-live support.

- Analyze client business processes, document requirements, and design custom SAP solutions after fit-gap analysis.

- Configure and deploy SAP modules (such as FI, CO, PP, SD, MM), ensuring integration with other business systems.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation, including specifications and test plans.

- Oversee or facilitate testing, data migration, and stabilization phases.

- Mentor junior consultants and deliver user training.

- Support feasibility studies, solution audits, and continuous process improvements for live clients.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA and relevant modules, especially FI/CO; additional module experience (e.g., SD, MM, PP) is valuable.

- 7+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience, with track record of full lifecycle implementations.

- Strong business process knowledge in finance, controlling, manufacturing, or distribution, depending on specialization.

- Proficient in blueprint preparation, system configuration, test script creation, and data migration strategies.

- Ability to liaise with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Architecture, or related technologies are optional.
