Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations. The candidate must have expertise in Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, MRP, Master Data, Quality Management, and cross-functional integration with MM, SD, and PM. This role includes solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support for manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP PP (Production Planning) :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP processes in S/4HANA.

Configure and manage core PP functionalities :

- Material Master, BoM, Work Centers, Routing

- MRP, Planning Strategy, Demand Management

- Shop Floor Execution, Order Confirmation

- Production Versions & Scheduling

- Work on Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), ETO, Repetitive Manufacturing, and Process Orders (if applicable).

- Configure PP integration with QM, MM, SD, and PM modules.

- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, BAPIs, BAdIs, and reports.

- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, migration (LSMW, LTMC), and go-live activities.

SAP QM (Quality Management) :

Implement and support complete QM processes, including :

- Quality Planning (Inspection Plans, MICs, Sampling Procedures)

- Quality Inspection (In-Process, Incoming, Final Inspection)

- Quality Notifications (Defects, CAPA)

- Inspection Lots & Results Recording

- Usage Decision & Quality Certificates

- Support integration of QM with PP, MM, and SD.

- Configure in-process inspection during production and link with routing operations.

- Set up inspection points, stability studies, and dynamic modification rules (DMR).

S/4HANA-Specific Expertise :

- Experience with S/4HANA Production Planning & Quality Management features.

- Knowledge of Fiori apps for PP/QM.

- Understanding of Simplification List for S/4HANA PP/QM.

- Experience in Greenfield or Brownfield S/4HANA implementations.

- Hands-on experience with MRP Live, Advanced Planning, and S/4-specific master data changes.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of SAP PP + QM experience.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations, preferably including S/4HANA.

- Strong experience in manufacturing industry processes.

- Hands-on expertise in testing cycles, data migration, cutover activities, and user training.

- Experience with interfaces, IDocs, EDI, and working with ABAP teams.

- Excellent understanding of cross-module integration.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to lead business workshops and work with cross-functional teams.

- Strong documentation and analytical skills.

- Ability to mentor junior consultants and manage stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology/Computer Science.

- SAP PP or QM certification (preferred).

- Manufacturing industry domain knowledge is a strong plus.
