Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant - S/4 HANA Environment

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP QM S/4HANA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment.

This role requires extensive expertise in SAP PP and QM, coupled with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and quality management processes in S/4HANA.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production planning and quality management requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.

- Configure and optimize production planning and quality management processes within SAP S/4HANA, including master data management, material requirements planning (MRP), inspection planning, and quality control.

- Define integration points between SAP PP and QM modules and other SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and WM (Warehouse Management).

- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP PP and QM issues in S/4HANA environment, working closely with end users and IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality and performance of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment.

- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end users to ensure effective utilization of SAP PP and QM functionality in S/4HANA.

- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA PP and QM trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

- 10 years of experience in SAP PP and QM implementation and support, with a focus on S/4HANA.

- Strong technical proficiency in SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment, including configuration, customization, and integration.

- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management principles, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) in S/4HANA.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- SAP certification in PP and QM modules preferred.
