Senior SAP PM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and convert them into functional specifications.

- Configure SAP PM sub-modules.

- Define and implement Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance strategies in SAP.

- Handle master data setup, maintenance plans, and maintenance processing workflows.

- Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules including MM, QM, PP, and FI/CO.

- Conduct user training, create end-user documentation, and support change management.

- Provide guidance on SAP best practices and ensure solution design adheres to industry standards.

- Support system upgrades, testing, and performance tuning.

- Work collaboratively with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as an SAP PM Consultant with full lifecycle project experience.

- Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and asset management practices.

- Proficiency in SAP PM configuration and integration with MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO.

- Hands-on experience in preparing functional specs, conducting UAT, and supporting cutover and go-live activities.

- Ability to work independently and interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP PM Certification

- Experience with S/4HANA PM module
