Title : Senior SAP MM Consultant (S/4HANA) - Ariba Integration | Healthcare | Brunei (Full-time)

Location : Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam (onsite; international travel as needed)

About the role :

We're seeking a Certified SAP MM Consultant (10+ years) with deep S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement expertise and proven SAP Ariba integration delivery, ideally within the healthcare domain. You'll lead end-to-end MM design, integration to Ariba via SAP's managed gateway/CIG, and stabilization for a hospitals & clinics environment (medicines, devices, consumables, cold-chain, and compliant inventory).

Key responsibilities :

- Own SAP MM (S/4HANA) design & configuration across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) : purchasing, vendor master, source of supply, pricing, inventory management, valuation, invoice verification, and physical inventory.

- Lead SAP Ariba integration (Buying/Contracts/Sourcing as applicable) using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway (formerly Ariba CIG) - scope/fit-gap, design mappings, set up connections, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

- Healthcare-specific MM processes : batch/serial/UDI handling, expiry management, lot tracking, controlled items, pharmacy support flows, and materials to case usage.

- Compliance & standards alignment : incorporate GS1/EDI master-data & traceability practices where required by MoH procurement & tendering norms.

- Cross-module integration : MM with SD/FI/CO/WM/EWM (as applicable); guide master data (Material Master, Info Records, Service Masters).

- Stakeholder leadership : collaborate with MoH/health-system supply chain, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, finance, and vendors; support tenders, audits, and KPI reporting.

- Operational excellence : design controls for demand planning/MRP, stock accuracy, spend visibility, and supplier performance dashboards.

Required qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years in SAP MM (at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations) with significant onsite/international client work; 3+ years integrating SAP ERP/S/4 with SAP Ariba. (Senior role benchmarks reflected in current MM/Ariba postings.)

Certifications (preferred/strongly desired) :

- SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (C_TS452).

- SAP Certified Associate - SAP Ariba Procurement (Implementation Consultant).

- Ariba integration fluency : hands-on with Integration Suite managed gateway/CIG, master-data and transactional flows (suppliers, users, payment terms; PR/PO, ASN, GR, invoice).

- Healthcare domain : demonstrable experience in hospital supply chains or life-sciences procurement (expiry, recalls, cold-chain, device traceability).

- Regulatory & local context awareness : willingness to operate within Brunei MoH tendering/procurement frameworks.

- Communication : excellent English; vendor and stakeholder management across cultures.

Nice-to-have :

- Knowledge of GS1 standards (GTIN/GLN, EDI/GDSN) in healthcare supply chains.

- Exposure to EWM/WM, Fiori apps for procurement, and analytics for spend & inventory.

- Prior work with public-sector health systems or Brunei MoH ecosystem (e.g., BELTS medical supply chain).

Travel & assignment :

- Full-time role in Brunei; regional vendor/site visits as needed. Employer supports visa processing per Brunei's LPA/Employment Pass process.
