Senior SAP IBP Consultant/Lead

Description :

- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Response & Supply).

- Own integration strategy and guide the development of data flows between IBP and SAP/non-SAP systems using CPI-DS.

- Provide solution architecture inputs and ensure best practices in IBP planning area design, key figure modeling, master data setup, and time profiles.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating supply chain requirements into scalable IBP solutions.

- Drive data governance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for complex integration scenarios.

- Lead a small team of IBP consultants, provide mentoring, and review deliverables.

- Partner with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.

- Conduct workshops, training, and provide continuous knowledge sharing.

- Stay updated with latest SAP roadmap and advise clients on future enhancements, upgrades, and innovations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years in SAP IBP (end-to-end implementations).

- Deep expertise in CPI-DS for data integration, ETL, and performance optimization.

- Strong functional understanding of supply chain planning processes : demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.

- Proven experience in leading IBP projects or workstreams.

- Hands-on experience in Excel add-in for IBP and real-time planning scenarios.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.

- Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for IBP reporting.

- Knowledge of CPI-PI / CI-PI (Cloud Integration) or other middleware.

- SAP IBP or CPI-DS certifications.

- Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country deployments.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.

- SAP certification in IBP preferred.
