Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hybris Developer / Technical Lead with over 9 years of experience in developing and customizing SAP Hybris-based e-Commerce applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Hybris architecture, product data modeling, and backend integration with SAP systems.

This role requires hands-on experience in building scalable web services and leading agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize SAP Hybris e-Commerce applications including modules like WCMS, Solr, HMC, Product Cockpit, CMS, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Catalogs, Categories, and Products.

- Drive product data modeling and catalog structure design with a focus on scalability and performance.

- Implement and manage workflows in Hybris CMS and ensure proper content lifecycle handling.

- Integrate Hybris with SAP backend systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.

- Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based web services; manage publishing and consumption layers.

- Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and enforcing coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

- Ensure performance optimization and maintainability of codebase in production systems.

- [Optional] Utilize GraphQL for optimized API development (a plus but not mandatory).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of software development experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Hybris Commerce Suite.

- Strong hands-on experience in customizing and extending Hybris modules.

- In-depth knowledge of Hybris CMS, WCMS, Solr, ImpEx, and data modeling.

- Proven experience with SAP integration for order, product, or inventory data.

- Proficient in developing and consuming REST/SOAP web services.

- Experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions in Agile setups.

- Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with GraphQL is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Hybris certification is an added advantage.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms is a plus.
