We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Consultant with over 10 years of IT experience to lead our UX transformation and cloud extension strategy. In this role, you will design and deliver high-performance SAP Fiori applications on both S/4HANA and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

You will be a champion of "Clean Core" principles, bridging the gap between traditional ABAP development (CDS/AMDP) and modern cloud-native architectures (RAP/CAP/SAP Build).

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in full-stack SAP development, from the database view to the user interface.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Fiori & UI Development :

- Front-End Engineering : Develop and maintain responsive, enterprise-grade SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Launchpad Management : Configure and manage the Fiori ecosystem, including Fiori Launchpad Designer, Catalogs, Groups, and Spaces/Pages.

- UX Standards : Adhere to strict Fiori design principles and UX best practices (including accessibility) to create empathetic, user-centric interfaces.

2. BTP & Cloud Extensions :

- Application Development : Harness the power of SAP BTP to build and deploy innovative applications using both Pro-Code (Business Application Studio) and Low-Code/No-Code (SAP Build Apps) approaches.

- Modern Frameworks : Design and implement robust back-end services using SAP RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) and SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).

- Process Automation : Utilize SAP Build Process Automation to streamline complex business workflows.

3. Core Architecture & Backend :

- Data Modeling : Demonstrate strong proficiency in CDS Views and AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) for high-performance data retrieval.

- Clean Core Strategy : Act as a strong advocate for "Clean Core" principles, ensuring extensions are side-by-side on BTP rather than modifying the digital core.

- Security : Implement robust SAP security concepts, OData service authorizations, and secure coding practices.

4. Technical Leadership & Agile Delivery :

- Architecture Design : Create high-level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, integration methods, and deployment strategies for hybrid landscapes (Cloud & On-Premise).

- Mentorship : Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure the team adheres to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

- Optimization : Troubleshoot complex UI5/Fiori issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability across devices.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience :

- 10+ years of total IT experience.

- 8+ years of dedicated software development experience.

Core Development :

- Deep proficiency in SAP UI5, JavaScript, and OData.

- Strong hands-on experience with CDS Views and AMDP.

- Proven experience with SAP RAP (Restful ABAP) and SAP CAP.

Tools & Environment :

- Expertise in SAP Web IDE / SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
