Role : Senior SAP FICO Consultant Job Description



Overview :



We are seeking a highly experienced and expert Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team, focusing on critical financial transformations. The ideal candidate will have 1012 years of comprehensive SAP implementation experience, with a mandatory and proven track record of participating in at least Two full lifecycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations as a lead FICO functional consultant. This role requires deep functional expertise across core financial modules and a commitment to driving best practices in a cloud environment.



Key Responsibilities :



- S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation : Serve as the lead FICO consultant on S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. This includes leading requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, adhering strictly to the SAP Activate methodology.



- Functional Expertise : Provide expert-level functional consulting and configuration across core SAP FICO components, specifically :



FI (Financial Accounting) :



- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting.



CO (Controlling) :



- Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders.



- Asset Accounting (AA) : Full lifecycle management of fixed assets, depreciation runs, and integration with GL.



- Product Costing (CO-PC) : Defining and calculating product costs, cost flows, and integration with inventory and manufacturing processes.



- Solution Design : Design and document detailed financial solutions that align with business requirements while leveraging the standard best practices of S/4HANA Public Cloud.



- Integration : Ensure seamless integration between FICO modules and other critical SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP).



- Testing & Training : Develop test scripts, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and conduct training sessions for end-users and core business teams.



- Industry Focus (Plus) : Apply knowledge of the Pharma Industry to ensure financial processes, reporting, and compliance adhere to relevant sector-specific regulations.



- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.



Desired (Good to Have) Skills :



- Industry Experience : Direct implementation or support experience in the Pharma Industry.



- Certifications : Relevant SAP S/4HANA FICO certifications (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud Finance) or equivalent.



- Other Modules : Experience with SAP Group Reporting or Central Finance.
