Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Solution & Implementation :

- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions within SAP FICO (S/4HANA).

- Drive system changes and enhancements as part of production support, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

- Serve as a hands-on, client-facing consultant, guiding users and stakeholders.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP AP, GL, Taxes, and other core financial modules.

- Manage and resolve issues related to MM-FI integration, Intercompany, and EBS (Electronic Bank Statement).

- Provide expertise in Concur integration and support.

Subject Matter Expertise :

- Possess a strong understanding of SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting).

- Apply deep knowledge of S/4HANA to deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Team & Collaboration :

- Collaborate effectively with the team, displaying a personable demeanor and a high level of knowledge.

- Exhibit a "get it done" mentality to drive projects to completion and resolve issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 12+ years of functional experience with SAP FICO.

- S/4HANA : Proven experience with S/4HANA implementations.

- Modules : Expertise in core SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, Taxes, Intercompany, and EBS.

- Integration : Strong understanding of MM-FI integration.

- Tools : Experience with Concur.

- Specialization : Exposure to or understanding of SAP FICA is mandatory.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
