Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in retail consulting environments (both in-store and e-commerce). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA Finance implementations and a strong understanding of core financial processes, system integration, and retail business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP FICO implementations with a focus on S/4 HANA Finance.
- Configure and manage FI components : General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking, Taxation, and Pricing.
- Configure and manage CO components : Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit Centers.
- Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, Purchasing, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Handle payment processes (F110) including ISO 20022, Wire, SEPA, ACH, NEFT, tax setup, and vendor master configuration.
- Work on interfaces with banks (payment files, acknowledgments, lockbox, MT940, etc.) and external partners like High Radius, Hans Orga.
- Collaborate with middleware platforms (PI, SWIFT) for interface management.
- Provide expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, Asset Management, Tax, and Banking processes.
- Support data migration strategies (master data & transactional data) from ECC to S/4 HANA.
- Work with tools such as Ariba, Concur, Blackline, Lucernex, BPM, Coupa, Vertex as required.
- Monitor and manage batch job scheduling via tools such as CA7, Control-M.
- Conduct workshops with clients, gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and deliver solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 4+ years of SAP FICO experience, with expertise in retail finance processes.
- Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA Finance functionalities.
- Proven experience with 1-2 full-cycle S/4 HANA Finance implementations.
- Deep expertise in FI/CO integration with other modules (MM, SD, SRM, Ariba, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise in Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, Cost/Profit Centers.
- Strong working knowledge of taxation, payment processes, and financial compliance.
- Experience with data migration strategies and exposure to MDG-S is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with client-facing experience.
Nice to Have :
- Exposure to MDGS systems.
- Experience with batch scheduling/monitoring tools (CA7, Control-M).
- Familiarity with integration middleware (PI, SWIFT).
