About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Finance & Controlling to drive business transformation initiatives.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and enabling end-to-end financial process optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP FICO modules across multiple projects.

- Perform end-to-end configuration in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

- Drive requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, translate functional needs into technical solutions, and prepare detailed design documentation.

- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure solution stability and alignment with business processes.

- Manage data migration activities including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and execution using tools such as LSMW, BAPIs, or IDOCs.

- Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, HR) by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Support business during month-end and year-end closing ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure SLA adherence for incident and change management.

- Participate in S/4HANA transformation projects, advising on best practices and driving simplification in Finance processes.

- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to key users and stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) modules.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance including Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

- Proven experience in configuration, testing, and documentation within SAP FICO.

- Hands-on exposure to data migration and interfaces (IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs).

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP implementation cycles (blueprinting to post-go-live support).

- Experience in integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, HR).

- Good understanding of financial compliance, taxation, and localization requirements.

- Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and manage expectations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is highly desirable.

- Experience in Fiori apps related to Finance & Controlling.

- Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN) implementations.

- Knowledge of New Asset Accounting, Credit Management, and Treasury & Risk Management (TRM).

- Familiarity with reporting tools (SAP Fiori, SAP BW/BI, SAC)
