Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 8-10 years of strong functional expertise, preferably at a Solution Architect level. The consultant will play a critical role in an ECC to S/4HANA migration project and must have deep understanding of financial processes, data tables, structures, and end-to-end system transition activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP FICO functional workstreams for ECC to S/4HANA migration.

- Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.

- Configure core FI and CO components including GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA.

- Drive data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

- Ensure alignment and integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.

- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and provide inputs to technical teams.

- Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.

- Provide expert insights on S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Fiori applications.

- Support end users through training, documentation, and post-go-live assistance.

- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO with hands-on configuration and integration experience.

- Proven involvement in ECC to S/4HANA migration or conversion projects.

- Deep understanding of SAP financial tables, data models, and migration tools.

- Excellent knowledge of FI and CO submodules, taxation, reconciliation, and financial closing activities.

- Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance innovations and simplified data structures.
