We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

This role demands leadership and deep expertise in SAP implementations and support projects.

As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing solutions, leading teams, and optimizing the SAP FICO landscape for large-scale global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End SAP FICO Implementations & Support :

- Lead and manage SAP FICO projects, including FI (AP, AR, GL) and CO (Internal Orders, Cost Centers, Profit Centers).

- Oversee SAP COPA (Profitability Analysis) implementation, focusing on customization and configuration to meet business needs.

- Lead multiple SAP FICO implementations, ensuring seamless integration with other modules like MM, SD, and other business processes.

- Manage large-scale domestic and international SAP projects, working with stakeholders across different regions.

- Lead and mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance to the team.

Solution Design & Optimization :

- Design and optimize SAP FICO solutions for large enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their financial and controlling requirements.

- Analyze business processes and translate them into SAP FICO requirements, offering solutions that improve business efficiency.

- Lead GST and TDS tax configurations, providing expert-level support in regulatory tax setups and compliance.

- Provide strategic direction for SAP FICO improvements, focusing on best practices and efficient business processes.

Testing, Support & Documentation :

- Oversee integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support for SAP FICO issues.

- Act as the go-to expert for all post-implementation support and troubleshoot complex FICO-related issues.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system design, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 - 12 years of experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling).

- Globally certified in SAP FICO.

- Proven expertise in FI (AP, AR, GL) and CO (Internal Orders, Cost Centers, Profit Centers).

- Extensive experience in COPA (Profitability Analysis) and SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, and other modules.

- Deep understanding of GST and TDS tax configurations in SAP FICO.

- Experience leading large-scale SAP FICO implementations for global clients.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and mentoring junior consultants.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget
