Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both the Financial Accounting and Controlling modules, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance. This senior role requires a leader who can guide teams through complex international projects, architect global financial solutions, and mentor junior consultants to ensure alignment with best practices and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of core SAP FI sub-modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).

- Architect and configure key SAP CO functionalities, such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

- Drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance, with specific expertise in the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and its impact on financial processes.

- Ensure seamless integration of FICO with other key SAP modules, including SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning).

- Provide expert-level guidance on complex financial processes such as intercompany transactions, foreign currency valuation, and parallel accounting.

- Conduct comprehensive workshops and design sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.

- Mentor junior consultants, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for configuration, development, and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- At least 8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

- Proven expertise in both SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO).

- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration projects.

- Strong knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and its impact on reporting and controlling.

- Experience in leading complex, international SAP projects.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
