Role :

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant with 12+ years of expertise in delivering complex SAP EWM solutions, including design, configuration, and deployment in large-scale enterprise environments.

The candidate should bring strong cross-functional knowledge, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in both embedded and decentralized EWM within S/4HANA landscapes.

Responsibilities :

- Drive the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions across multiple warehouses and client locations.

- Lead blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution architecture design for warehouse operations.

- Manage integration touchpoints with SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, QM, PP) and external systems (WMS, automation tools, 3PL).

- Configure advanced EWM functionalities such as :

1. Warehouse Task & Order Management.

2. Wave Management, Slotting & Rearrangement.

3. Yard Management, Labor Management.

4. RF Framework and MFS (Material Flow System).

- Guide technical teams on enhancements, custom developments, BADI/User Exits, and performance optimization.

- Support UAT, cutover planning, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.

- Act as a mentor for junior consultants and support knowledge transfer to client teams.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in EWM and multiple end-to-end implementations.

- Proven expertise in S/4HANA Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM 9.5 or above.

- Hands-on configuration of :

1. Putaway, Picking, Replenishment.

2. HU (Handling Unit) Management.

3. Cross-Docking, Value-Added Services (VAS).

4. Batch & Serial number management.

5. Slotting/Rearrangement strategies.

- Deep understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, BADI, and EWM Monitor.

- Excellent integration knowledge with SAP TM, GTS, and automation systems.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in warehouse automation/MFS, ASRS integration, and robotics systems.

- Functional exposure to Agile delivery and tools like Jira or Solution Manager.

- SAP EWM certification or S/4HANA Logistics certification.

- Experience in SAP WM to EWM migration projects.
