- Job Title : Senior SAP ERP FI/CO Consultant

Key Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Project Leadership : Lead and manage the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FI/CO solutions for diverse clients.
2. Facilitation : Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, map business processes, and create solution blueprints.
3. Configuration : Configure and customise SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling), managing both routine and complex requirements.
4. Process Optimization : Advise clients on finance process optimisation, system upgrades, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
5. Mentorship : Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the project team.
6. Quality Assurance : Plan and supervise testing, resolve issues, and ensure the integrity of data throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Documentation : Produce and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, training materials, and end-user guides.
8. Collaboration : Collaborate with technical specialists and business stakeholders to ensure coordinated solution delivery and effective change management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications :
We require candidates to meet the following criteria :
- Technical Expertise : Expert working knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Process Acumen : Sound understanding of core finance and controlling processes, and strong appreciation for the integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM).
- Project Experience : Proven record of delivering at least three full end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations.
- S/4HANA Exposure : Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (either Central Finance or migration projects) is desirable.
- Analytical Ability : Developed analytical ability, adept at business process analysis and problem-solving.
- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and internal teams from a range of backgrounds.
- Autonomy : Demonstrable ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines.
