We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SAP ERP FI/CO Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) implementations for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of financial business processes, offering strategic guidance and hands-on configuration to optimize client performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership :

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FI/CO solutions for diverse client engagements.

- Drive the full project lifecyclefrom requirement gathering and blueprinting to testing and go-live support.

Client Engagement & Facilitation :

- Conduct workshops to capture business requirements and map processes to SAP functionalities.

- Develop detailed solution blueprints and ensure alignment with client objectives.

Configuration & Customization :

- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Controlling (Cost Centre Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis).

- Address both standard and complex business scenarios with effective system configurations.

Process Optimization & Advisory :

- Advise clients on finance process improvements, compliance, and best practices within SAP environments.

- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and transition projects (including S/4HANA migrations).

Team Mentorship & Quality Assurance :

- Mentor and guide junior consultants to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

- Oversee testing phases, troubleshoot issues, and validate data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation & Collaboration :

- Prepare detailed functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery and effective change management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Technical Expertise : Advanced proficiency in SAP FI and CO modulesGL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

- Business Process Knowledge : Strong understanding of core finance and controlling operations with clear insight into integration points across modules (SD, MM, etc.).

- Implementation Experience : Proven track record of at least three full-cycle SAP FI/CO implementations.

- S/4HANA Experience : Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (Central Finance or migration projects) preferred.

- Analytical Capability : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize complex processes.

- Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.

- Self-Management : Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
