Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, solid business process understanding, and experience in client-facing delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FI/CO solutions for diverse clients.

- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, map business processes, and prepare solution blueprints.

- Configure and customise SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

- Advise clients on finance process optimisation, system upgrades, and regulatory compliance.

- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.

- Plan and supervise testing, ensuring data accuracy and quality across all project phases.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive functional documentation and end-user training materials.

- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure effective delivery and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong working knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Product Costing, CO-PA).

- Excellent understanding of financial and controlling business processes and integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM).

- Proven experience delivering at least three full end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (Central Finance or migration projects) preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
