Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant - Implementation & Support

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP Data Migration activities across multiple functional domains (FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS).

- Leverage tools such as BackOffice CranSoft, DSP, and SAP Data Services to manage and execute migration projects.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, define data mapping, transformation logic, and validation criteria.

- Manage Application Data Management (ADM) processes, ensuring high data integrity and alignment with business requirements.

- Develop and maintain data quality frameworks and best practices to support consistent and accurate data movement.

- Coordinate test cycles for migrated data and lead data reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP.

- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, profiling, and reporting.

- Provide guidance to project stakeholders and assist with issue resolution related to data conversion and integration.

Required Skills & Experience :

- At least 1 year of experience in Application Data Management (ADM) (mandatory).

- 10+ years of total IT experience with a focus on large-scale SAP implementations.

- Strong functional knowledge in one or more SAP modules : FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS.

- Proven experience with data migration tools such as BackOffice CranSoft, DSP, and SAP Data Services.

- Excellent understanding of data quality management, data warehousing, and data conversion planning.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL including writing complex queries and understanding relational database structures.

Educational Qualifications :

- Alternatively, a minimum of 4 years of directly related professional experience in SAP Data Migration.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with S/4HANA migration projects is a plus.

- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
