Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Deployment : Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SD solutions with focus on order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, and credit management.

- Subscription Order Management : Implement and optimize SAP BRIM SOM solutions to support recurring revenue, subscription billing, and digital commerce models.

- Integration & Process Optimization : Ensure seamless integration of SD and BRIM modules with FI/CO, CRM, and other SAP components; identify and resolve integration gaps.

- Client Engagement : Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into robust SAP configurations and best practice process flows.

- Project Delivery : Support the entire project lifecycle including blueprinting, testing, UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare support.

- Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities to enhance O2C processes, subscription order management flows, and digital monetization strategies.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 8-10 years in SAP consulting with strong focus on SAP SD; at least 2-4 years of proven BRIM SOM experience.

- Functional Expertise : Deep knowledge of SAP SD (order management, delivery, pricing, billing, credit management).

- BRIM Proficiency : Strong hands-on exposure to Subscription Order Management (SOM); working knowledge of BRIM components such as CI (Convergent Invoicing) and CC (Convergent Charging).

- Integration Skills : Solid understanding of business process design and integration with FI/CO, CRM, and S/4HANA.

- Technical Acumen : Strong troubleshooting, solution architecture, and ability to map business requirements into SAP system configurations.

- Communication : Excellent client-facing, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Certifications : SAP SD and/or SAP BRIM certification preferred.

- Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with recurring revenue, digital subscription models, and digital sales channels.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA digital transformation projects.

- Exposure to full BRIM suite (CI, CC, FICA, Revenue Accounting).

- Domain expertise in telecom, media, technology, or subscription-based industries.
