Experience : 10 years to 15 years.

Shift timing : 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (IST).

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) / Datasphere Consultant who can operate at the intersection of SAP data strategy, architecture, and analytics modernization.

This role goes beyond technical delivery it requires a professional who can advise enterprise clients on the SAP product roadmap, data best practices, and how to integrate and extend SAP analytics with Databricks for unified, AI-ready data platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, including Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud) or Business Data Cloud (BDC).

- Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA and ECC data models, including CDS Views and OData APIs.

- Strong understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) including planning, modeling, and visualization capabilities.

- Experience designing or optimizing data replication and connectivity (SDI/ODP/SLT) between SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Proven ability to map SAP data structures into Databricks or cloud-native data platforms.

- Solid grasp of data governance, security, and performance tuning best practices.

- Excellent communication and customer-facing advisory skills.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Databricks Lakehouse or Unity Catalog for SAP data analytics and AI workloads.

- Working knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau integrated with Datasphere/SAP.

- Familiarity with predictive analytics, AI/ML integration, or LLM-enablement using SAP + Databricks.

- Prior consulting experience with RISE with SAP or hybrid enterprise data architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Advise clients on SAP Data & Analytics modernization, helping them understand the BDC (Datasphere) roadmap and how to leverage it within hybrid or multi-cloud environments.

- Design and implement data federation, replication, and harmonization strategies using SAP Tables, CDS Views, and Datasphere pipelines.

- Architect and execute connectivity between SAP S/4HANA (Private Cloud), ECC, BW/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere.

- Integrate SAP and Databricks to enable end-to-end analytics and data engineering use cases (Delta Sharing, Medallion Architecture alignment).

- Build and enhance SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, reports, and planning models for business KPIs.

- Ensure data governance, lineage, and quality within Datasphere and SAC environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, BI) to deliver unified data insights.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable SAP + Databricks integration playbooks and accelerators.
