SAP BTP Senior Consultant (3-4 Years of Experience)

About the Role :

Talent Worx is seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP BTP Senior Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients' digital transformation initiatives by leveraging your expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative BTP solutions that drive business value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Implementation : Assist in the design and implementation of SAP BTP solutions to address specific client business requirements and contribute to their digital transformation journey.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders and technical teams, to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop effective BTP solutions.

- Technical Expertise : Utilize SAP BTP tools, including key components of the Integration Suite (e.g., Cloud Integration, Open Connectors), Extension Suite (e.g., AppGyver, Business Application Studio), and basic understanding of Analytics Cloud, to enhance existing systems and processes.

- Solution Development : Develop and configure BTP applications and services, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical best practices.

- Support and Mentorship : Provide support and guidance to junior consultants or team members on SAP BTP functionalities and best practices.

- Deployment and Monitoring : Contribute to the successful deployment of BTP applications and services and assist in monitoring their performance and client satisfaction.

Required Skills :

- Experience : 3-4 years of experience in SAP consulting with a strong focus on SAP BTP solutions.

- SAP BTP Knowledge : Solid understanding of core SAP BTP services and capabilities, including concepts related to Cloud Foundry environment, basic ABAP in the Cloud, and microservices architecture.

- Integration : Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and OData, and hands-on experience with components of SAP Integration Suite.

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze basic business needs and contribute to translating them into technical solutions within the SAP BTP landscape.

- Communication : Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Preferred Skills :

- Any SAP certifications related to BTP foundational services.

- Familiarity with agile project methodologies.

- Basic knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and data visualization.

- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to learn and adapt quickly
