Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced, dedicated, and proactive Senior SAP Ariba Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge across the SAP Ariba Sourcing suite, coupled with strong foundational expertise in SAP Material Management (MM).

This role is fully remote and requires an individual capable of driving solution design and implementation autonomously while maintaining excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirements Analysis : Conduct detailed analysis of functional and technical business requirements related to procurement processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization within the Ariba landscape.

- Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the Design of application solutions for Ariba implementations, including configuration blueprints, integration touchpoints with SAP ECC/S/4HANA (via SAP MM), and custom development specifications.

- Implementation & Execution : Oversee and perform end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment activities required for internal projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

- Integration Management : Configure and test integration points between SAP Ariba modules and SAP MM, ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization between the cloud and on-premise/cloud ERP systems.

- Documentation : Create comprehensive design documents, test scripts, and technical specifications for all Ariba and SAP MM solutions implemented.

- Support & Training : Provide expert guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams, addressing complex issues and supporting user training initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

The candidate must possess 5+ years of demonstrable experience with the following platforms and modules :

SAP Ariba Suite :

- Ariba Sourcing : Expert knowledge in configuring and managing sourcing events, RFx processes, auctions, and supplier negotiations.

- Ariba Guided Sourcing : Hands-on experience implementing and leveraging the Guided Sourcing interface and functionality to streamline sourcing events and user adoption.

- Ariba Catalog : Proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining catalogs (CI/Punchout) and managing content creation and governance.

SAP Core ERP :

- SAP MM (Material Management) : Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM processes, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and master data synchronization with Ariba.

Professional Competencies (Soft Skills) :

- Proactivity : High degree of initiative, self-management, and the ability to anticipate project needs and independently drive tasks to completion in a remote environment.

- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Client Management : Proven ability to effectively manage client expectations, build rapport, and handle challenging project scenarios with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant SAP or SAP Ariba certifications are a plus.

- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale global implementation projects.
