- In this role, you will analyze business requirements, draft technical specifications, and develop robust SAP solutions through coding, customization, and system integration.

- You will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery, while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs, enhancements, and integrations.

- Collaborate with SAP analysts and functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Prepare and review technical specifications and design documentation.

- Develop and test prototypes, ensuring functionality aligns with business requirements.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Optimize code performance and troubleshoot issues across SAP environments.

- Ensure all deliverables adhere to development standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers within the team.

- Work collaboratively with cross-regional teams, including colleagues in Europe and India.

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Strong technical expertise in SAP SD or SAP FICO modules.

- Solid understanding of SAP architecture, data structures, and integration techniques.

- Experience in object-oriented ABAP, ALV reporting, SmartForms/SAPScripts, BAPIs, and BADIs.

- Proven ability to work effectively within global teams distributed across multiple regions.

- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, business-aligned solutions.

- Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).

- Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Attributes :

- Exposure to S/4HANA environments and Fiori/UI5 development.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to contribute to code reviews and process improvement initiatives
