We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of our large-scale Salesforce solutions.

This leadership role requires 9+ years of experience, deep expertise in Apex and LWC, mandatory focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud, and a proven ability to implement robust security and CI/CD governance across the platform.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

Architecture & Experience Cloud Solution Design :

- Solution Leadership : Lead the technical design and delivery of complex Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) solutions, ensuring scalability, optimal user experience, and alignment with business goals.

- Core Development : Provide hands-on development expertise using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch) and modern declarative tools, driving the adoption of Lightning Web Components (LWC) for superior performance and maintainability.

- Platform Expertise : Demonstrate mastery of core clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with Experience Cloud initiatives.

Security, Integration & Data Governance :

- Secure Integration : Design and implement secure integration patterns, utilizing APIs (REST/SOAP) and establishing robust authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth and SSO (Single Sign-On).

- Security Best Practices : Actively apply and enforce security best practices across the platform, including meticulous configuration of profiles, permission sets, and organization-wide sharing settings to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.

- Data Modeling : Lead the design and optimization of the underlying data model to support high-volume transaction processing and reporting.

DevOps & Governance :

- CI/CD Implementation (Mandatory) : Drive and implement DevOps processes and governance utilizing industry-leading tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and GitHub.

- Quality Assurance : Lead the technical governance process, performing thorough code reviews, defining development standards, and ensuring all solutions adhere to the "clicks not code" principle where appropriate.

- Methodology : Work effectively within Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Required Skills & Experience Summary :

- Development (Mandatory) : Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

- Cloud Focus : Mandatory experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Methodology : Experience working in Agile environments.

- Integration : Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs and authentication (OAuth/SSO).

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Certifications : Possession of Experience Cloud Consultant and/or Platform Developer I/II certifications.

- DevOps Tools : Direct implementation experience with Copado or Gearset
