Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Lead / Junior Architect with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 25 Salesforce developers while remaining actively involved in hands-on development, technical design, and solution delivery.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and technical architecture, along with the ability to manage client expectations and drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 25 Salesforce developers.

- Drive Salesforce technical design, development, implementation, and solution delivery.

- Provide hands-on technical support and contribute to development activities whenever required.

- Oversee Salesforce APEX development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

- Define and guide the team on technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.

- Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Manage client expectations, communicate project progress, and address technical concerns.

- Adapt to a domestic client environment with flexible and occasionally ad hoc working requirements.

- Travel to client locations as required for project discussions and delivery activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical delivery.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce APEX.

- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and API-based connectivity.

- Experience in Salesforce technical design, solution architecture, and implementation.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring large Salesforce development teams.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and scalable application design.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on technical guidance.
