Senior Salesforce QA & Automation Engineer

Job Summary :

At PracticeVantage, we are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce QA & Automation Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes, automation frameworks, Salesforce integrations, and Agile methodologies. The role involves validating end-to-end business workflows, ensuring application quality, and supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform manual and automation testing for Salesforce applications and integrated systems.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Katalon Studio.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

- Conduct DocuSign integration testing and Agentforce testing.

- Perform SOQL-based data validation and backend testing.

- Validate Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

- Work with CI/CD tools and processes including Git and Azure DevOps.

- Manage defects and test activities using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams in Agile environments.

- Support release testing, deployment validation, and production verification activities.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and Automation Testing.

- Hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.

- Experience with Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and SOQL queries.

- Knowledge of DocuSign testing and Agentforce testing.

- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes.

- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar defect tracking/test management tools.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of US Tax domain is preferred.

- Knowledge of Katalon Studio automation is an added advantage.
