Senior Salesforce Lead - Apex Programming

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to lead development efforts on a custom CPQ solution. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of building scalable backend solutions and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and front-end teams to deliver seamless and high-performance Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement backend logic for a custom CPQ solution using Apex.

- Develop complex triggers, batch jobs, future methods, and queueable Apex classes.

- Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for performance.

- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, external services).

- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Administrators for scalable technical designs.

- Resolve performance, security, and data integrity issues.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive process improvements.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and apply best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex and OOP.

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred).

- In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security model.

- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and database optimization.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Salesforce PD1 Certification (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative tools.

- Exposure to Agile development practices.

- Additional Salesforce certifications (PD2, CPQ Specialist).
