Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Field Service Developer with extensive experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our team in Noida.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering scalable, high-quality solutions and have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, and FSL.

In this role, you will be responsible for customizing FSL to enhance scheduling, dispatching, optimization, and mobile workflows.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and ensure the delivery of high-performance solutions.

You will also mentor junior developers and contribute to Agile development cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

- As a Senior Salesforce Field Service Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Your role will involve customizing FSL to optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workflows to enhance field service operations.

- You will also be responsible for building and maintaining APIs and middleware integrations to ensure seamless communication between different systems.

- You will work closely with stakeholders to define and implement technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions meet business requirements.

- As a senior member of the team, you will guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and mentor them on best practices.

- You will stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry best practices to ensure that the solutions are scalable, efficient, and of high quality.

- Documenting processes and contributing to Agile development cycles will also be key parts of your role.

Required Skills & Experience :

- The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- You should be proficient in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development.

- A deep understanding of FSL architecture, data models, and mobile app customization is essential.

- You should have experience working with REST and SOAP API integrations and a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and excellent communication skills are required.

- Salesforce certifications are a strong plus, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to staying updated with the platform.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Exposure to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is beneficial, as is experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and Apex unit tests will also be an added advantage.
