What Youll Work On :

- Build and enhance scalable Salesforce-based applications and partner platforms

- Develop high-performance, low-latency applications powering customer engagement experiences

- Work on Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

- Design integrations and REST APIs across enterprise systems

- Collaborate with global engineering and product teams in an agile environment

- Contribute to architecture, scalability, performance, and engineering best practices

Must Have Skills :

- 5+ years of software development experience

- Strong hands-on experience in :

a. Salesforce Apex Development

b. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

c. Salesforce Administration & Configuration

d. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

e. AMPscript

- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

- Exposure to AWS / cloud-based environments

- Good understanding of microservices architecture

- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Good to Have :

- Java or Node.js experience

- Serverless architecture exposure

- TDD / automated testing practices

- Monitoring tools like Splunk, SignalFx, ServiceNow
