Senior Salesforce Engineer - Apex/Lightning Web Components

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform technologies.

- Integrate Salesforce with AI services, LLMs, and third-party enterprise applications.

- Build AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions.

- Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

- Leverage generative AI technologies to improve business workflows and user experiences.

- Implement AI-driven automation and intelligent agents to streamline business processes.

- Design secure and scalable solutions that connect Salesforce data with AI services.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation while following Salesforce development best practices.

- Stay updated on emerging Salesforce capabilities, AI technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform architecture.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and external system connectivity.

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Experience integrating AI services or LLM APIs into enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow automation.

- Proficiency in JavaScript or other relevant programming languages.

- Understanding of data modeling, databases, authentication, and application security.

- Experience with Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce.

- Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.

- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.

- Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Relevant Salesforce developer or AI certifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Ability to combine Salesforce development expertise with AI integration and automation.

- Experience delivering secure, scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
