Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end Salesforce implementations for Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Communication Cloud.

- Develop and customize solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and Visualforce.

- Implement and optimize Core Vlocity CPQ and Order Management functionalities.

- Design and develop robust backend solutions and contribute to high-level architectural design.

- Integrate Salesforce with various external applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and testers, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices.

- Act as a Module Lead or Team Lead, overseeing project modules and ensuring timely delivery.

- Drive decision-making processes and effectively solve complex technical challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.

Required Qualifications :

- 5 to 12 years of overall experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

- 7-8 years of hands-on experience specifically in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Communication Cloud.

- Proven expertise in Core Vlocity CPQ and Order Management.

- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and Visualforce development.

- Must hold active Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I) and Salesforce Certified Administrator credentials.

- Demonstrated experience in backend development and contributing to high-level solution design.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations with external systems.

- Prior experience in a leadership role such as a Module Lead or Team Lead.

- Solid understanding and practical experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Industry CPQ, and Conga - CPQ.

- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
