Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 7-12 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency across Salesforce clouds, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, along with proven experience in end-to-end project implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in full-cycle Salesforce development projects using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, ensuring at least one end-to-end implementation in each.

- Develop high-quality, scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.

- Design and build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs; ensure secure and efficient communication with external systems.

- Implement and manage SSO and OAuth 2.0 integrations.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, including governor limits, code quality, and unit testing.

- Work with GIT repositories and participate in peer code reviews to maintain high-quality development standards.

- Handle customization using Salesforces out-of-the-box (OOB) features along with custom components where required.

- Contribute to the development and deployment lifecycle using CI/CD tools and code quality tools.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and enhancements and apply them effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, exclusively on the Salesforce platform.

- Proven experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud with at least one end-to-end project implementation in each.

- Expertise in :

1. Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC (Lightning Web Components)

2. Modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components

3. API integrations using REST & SOAP

4. GIT, deployment tools, CI/CD processes

- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, and best practices.

- Good knowledge of the Salesforce release cycle and familiarity with new feature enhancements.

- Experience in retail and consumer goods domain is a plus.

- Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certifications are mandatory.
