We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, strong understanding of Sales & Service Cloud, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role demands technical leadership, solution ownership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :


- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Build scalable automation solutions including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes.

- Develop reusable components and frameworks that follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Solution Architecture & Implementation :

- Translate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories into technical designs and high-quality implementations.

- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to define process improvements, optimize CRM workflows, and enhance user experience.

- Build and integrate Salesforce systems with external applications through APIs and middleware.

Sales & Service Cloud Expertise :

- Implement core capabilities across Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud including case management, service processes, lead/opportunity workflows, account/contact management, and Omni-Channel capabilities.

- Optimize existing Salesforce modules for performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.

DevOps, CI/CD & Tooling :

- Work with DevOps pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms.

- Manage Agile delivery workflows using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.

- Ensure structured and controlled release management across sandbox and production environments.

Security & Governance :

- Implement Salesforce Security Model including profiles, permission sets, OAuth, sharing rules, and field-level security.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, org governance, and data protection best practices.

- Conduct impact analysis, code reviews, and system audits to ensure adherence to platform guidelines.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute test classes ensuring high code coverage and quality.

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate system reliability.

- Support UAT and production deployment activities with detailed documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com development and configuration.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers, and API integrations.

- Experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.

- Solid understanding of CRM business processes including sales lifecycle, service operations, and customer engagement models.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and Agile project methodologies using Jira.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and best practices.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or relevant cloud certifications are preferred.
