Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.

This role demands a proactive individual who can work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

- Manage Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.

- Optimize existing applications and improve performance and user experience.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and best development practices are followed.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).

- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)

- Sound knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.

- Proficient in using development tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and Change Sets or SFDX for deployments.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprints.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as :

• Platform Developer I (mandatory)
• Platform Developer II (preferred)

- Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or relevant cloud certifications

- Experience in working with managed packages or AppExchange products is a plus.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is a plus.
