Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer LWC to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) along with hands-on experience in Aura and Visualforce, and will work closely with backend and business teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) to build modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.

- Customize and enhance Salesforce applications using Aura Components and Visualforce Pages where required.

- Collaborate closely with backend developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security within the Salesforce platform.

- Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers when required.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 69 years of overall experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Solid knowledge of Aura Framework and Visualforce.

- Experience in building responsive and high-performance UI components.

- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data models.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Prior experience in mentoring or leading development teams is a plus.
