Senior Salesforce Developer - Lightning Web Components

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role will partner with product owners, architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations and ensure high quality, secure, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce where required.

- Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event-driven patterns.

- Author scalable, testable code and maintain automated test coverage, code reviews, and technical documentation.

- Lead solution design discussions, estimate effort, and produce solution designs aligned with Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.

- Set up and maintain Salesforce DX projects, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes to enable repeatable deployments.

- Mentor junior developers, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in development practices.

Requirements :

- Proven hands-on experience developing with Apex and Lightning Web Components in production Salesforce orgs.

- Strong expertise in SOQL, SOSL, governor limits, and performance tuning for large data volumes.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external services via REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform events.

- Practical knowledge of Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and Git-based branching strategies.

- Proven experience with unit testing, code review processes, and building CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) or equivalent demonstrable experience.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, or Admin certification.

- Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) or enterprise integration patterns.

- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementations.
