We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce capabilities to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Architecture : Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

- Development : Build custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

- Integration : Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

- Customization : Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.

- Code Review & Best Practices : Conduct and lead code reviews ensuring adherence to Salesforce standards and clean-code principles.

- Maintenance & Support : Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support ongoing platform maintenance and upgrades.

- Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, tools, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.

Required Qualifications :

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience

- Strong experience with Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Aura components, and declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.)

- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems

- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), PD-II or Architect track (preferred)

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and Git

Preferred Skills :

- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies

- Understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and data governance
