This role requires 7+ years of professional development experience and mandatory expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and implementing reliable CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

Development & Modern Platform :

- Core Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality programmatic solutions primarily using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) and modern component frameworks, specifically Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience Cloud Focus : Mandatory focus on configuring and developing features within the Salesforce Experience Cloud (2+ years dedicated experience is required).

- Declarative Tools : Strategically use declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules, ensuring optimal balance between configuration and code.

- Core Clouds : Utilize expertise in core clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, to integrate and extend functionalities across the platform.

Integration & Security :

- Integration : Implement and manage secure integration patterns using industry-standard REST and SOAP APIs.

- Authentication : Ensure secure connectivity by implementing and managing authentication protocols, including OAuth and SSO (Single Sign-On) mechanisms.

- Security Enforcement : Proactively enforce security best practices across all development, meticulously configuring object, field, and record-level security to meet enterprise compliance standards.

DevOps & Quality Assurance :

- CI/CD Implementation (Mandatory) : Actively participate in, and contribute to, the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) process.

- Implement and manage pipelines utilizing tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and GitHub.

- Agile Methodology : Work effectively within Agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring timely delivery and active participation in sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Experience Summary :

- Experience : 7+ years of professional Salesforce development.

- Cloud Focus : Mandatory 2+ years experience with Experience Cloud plus proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Programming : Expertise in Apex and LWC.

- Integration : Mandatory experience with REST/SOAP integrations and OAuth/SSO.

- Methodology : Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Certifications : Attainment of Platform Developer I certification.

- Additional Certifications : Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.
