We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Agentforce, Data Cloud, and core Salesforce development.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience managing complex deployments in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.

- Lead and participate in Agentforce and Data Cloud implementation and customization.

- Manage end-to-end deployment processes, including production deployment and environment management.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.

- Optimize data models, workflows, and automation processes for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and solution architecture discussions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.

- Maintain documentation of technical solutions and system configurations.

Required Skills :

- Must-have : Strong hands-on experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud (including Data Cloud One).

- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, SOQL, and Automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).

- Proven production deployment and CI/CD experience (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or similar tools).

- Good understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and governor limits.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Positive attitude, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) or Salesforce Architect certifications.

- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including test-driven development and code reviews.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Prior experience working in global distributed teams.
